Although she had other movie offers, Angelica Panganiban said that she prioritized the horror-comedy flick Bulong because of director Chito Roño and actor Vhong Navarro.
Since Vhong is known as a certified ladies’ man among his colleagues, some entertainment reporters were wondering if he ever attempted to court Angelica in the course of their friendship. But the feisty actress claimed that there was simply no chance for them to develop romantic feelings for each other.
When asked if she finds Vhong attractive, she readily replied, “Minsan may anggulo. Crush ko siya kapag ganyan. Kung yummy ba siya? Si Derek muna tapos pangalawa siya. Uuuy!” Angelica also shared that she really enjoyed Vhong’s company on the set of Bulong. “Sobrang saya niya katrabaho.
Watch out for Angelica Panganiban and Vhong Navarro’s entertaining team-up in Star Cinema’s Bulong, showing in theaters on February 2.
