At the taping of the teleserye NoahTV Patrol’s Mario Dumaual was able to get a hold of actress Cherry Pie Picache, who’s currently involved in a dispute with co-star Baron Geisler over his inappropriate behavior on the set of the show, including him touching her breasts. She finally gives a reaction to his apology, which happened on the ANC show Headstart with Karen Davila.

“He’s a young man, dapat mapaayos siya. The first step is he must be humble enough to accept and acknowledge the mistakes he has done. And then to seek help. And then that’s the only way he can prove, sa lahat ng nangyaring ito, yung totoo,” Cherry Pie stated.

The actress also took the opportunity to thank the Philippine Artists Management Incorporated (PAMI) with the actions they took for her cause. “I would really, really like to send my gratitude to PAMI, who gave their concern and solid support and put this sad experience behind me,” she said.

Cherry Pie added that she hopes the other women, who had the same incident as hers, to find justice soon. Yayo and William Martinez’ daughter Patrizha and actress Yasmien Kurdi both filled cases of harassment against the actor. “I would like to continue to pray for the support, for all the other ladies who had the sad same experience, and with a firm determination that with God’s help, we’ll be able to determine what is fair and what is just.”

Baron meanwhile gave a live one-on-one interview this evening with TV Patrol’s Ted Failon and stated that he is sincere in doing all the work needed to get well from his alcohol addiction.  “I’m doing all the steps naman po para gumaling ako.

Although he is advised not to speak about the details of his rehabilitation procedure, he said that he will surely kick the habit during his three-month absence from showbiz. Explain ko nga ho, it’s my career or alcohol. I’d drop the bottle na lang. I choose to live better. I’ll take it one day at a time…

The controversial actor emphasized though that his other cases in court are very different from this situation with Cherry Pie.

Since he will be gone from the public’s view for 90 days, Baron left a message to those who led him to this event and made a promise to really turn his life around.
